Repeat Prescriptions
All requests must now use Patient Access.
To access Patient Access click HERE.
You can order a prescription in the following ways:
- By registering for our online Patient Access service. Online repeat, prescription ordering is available through Patient Access.
- In-person at either surgery.
- By post, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.
- By taking your prescription counterfoil, with the items you require ticked, to a nominated pharmacy.
- We regret that no prescription requests can be taken over the telephone.
Please allow two working days to process repeat prescription requests. (Note: No processing can be done on Bank Holidays and weekends as we are closed).
Following a telephone consultation with a doctor when a prescription is issued, we encourage you to come into the practice to collect this. If you are unable to do this you may contact your local chemist to arrange collection.
Improved Access
We are working together with other local practices to offer patients access to more appointments in the early mornings, evenings and at weekends. To find out more about these services, please contact the practice.
Go Paperless
We are trying to promote a paperless service so that we can provide your prescriptions quickly and efficiently without delays. The first step is to register with Patient Access. This way we can process your prescription electronically.
